At Dolce Vita, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion finds aren't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into the original shipping box or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
